Shipping Australia

Postage within Australia will incur a $5 AUD shipping fee unless subject to offer *Free shipping now within Australia for a limited time only. Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 1-10 business days depending on stock availability. Regional areas outside of metro areas, typically add an additional day to delivery estimates. 

All goods will be delivered by Australia Post. Once your goods have been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number. You can track your parcel Here

Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot. We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

International Shipping

Orders outside Australia Including the UK and US will incur a $10 AUD shipping fee. Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 7 - 10 business days. For regional areas outside of metro areas, typically add an additional day to delivery estimates.

Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. A signature will be collected at the point of delivery. Should there be nobody available to receive the parcel, the parcel will be left at the address if the site is deemed secure. If the site is not secure, the courier will reattempt the delivery on another date.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.


All product prices in the store are in AUD


Stretcheyz have no control over import tax within the destination country. These will be subject to country regulations and product value. 

Do Stretcheyz Refund / Exchange Purchases?

Exchanges and refunds will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery. No refunds are given on sale items and refunds are in exchange for store credit. Goods maybe returned for store credit only. Items not received within the 14 day period will not be accepted unless under extenuating circumstances. Please contact us at hello@stretcheyz.com to inform us of your return. Its really important to us that you are happy with your Stretcheyz so please detail a reason for the return or exchange. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 10-days of receiving your Stretcheyz and we will organize a replacement for you. Only if an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.

We do not refund initial postage charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

Returning Your Stretcheyz

Please enclose your receipt with your item. Items must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect new condition, the hygiene sticker must be in tact and as new. Items must be folded with swing tags attached and in original condition. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality check. If cleared you will either receive your new items (or exchanges), or refund as store credit on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost). You will receive email notification of this.

What if the Item is Sold Out?

If you are looking for a specific print or size and the online shop shows we are sold out, please email us at hello@stretcheyz.com and we can tell you whether we have any more stock available and if not when it will become available.

What If My Order Is Wrong:

We do our very best to ensure your order is correct, however, if on the off chance you receive the wrong order please contact us at hello@stretcheyz.com and we will replace your item.

How Secure is the Stetcheyz Website?

Any banking or personal details are completely safe. We will not share customer information  with third parties. The payment gateway is also completely secure. Stretcheyz store any personal information that you give to us securely, using high-level SSL encryption technology. You will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to secure https:// - this means you are in a secure mode.

What Payment Methods Do you Accept?

Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge on American Express. 

How to Care for Your Garment

  • Use a mild detergent while hand washing it separately in luke warm water after use
  • Do not tumble dry, or bleach your Stretcheyz
  • Dry in the shade, don't leave in a soggy heap on the floor
  • Please don’t iron or dry-clean
